Britney Spears has bought a new house in Thousand Oaks, California. The pop princess, who’s known for her love of house shopping (she’s moved multiple times in the last decade), has picked up a true gem this time. The $7.4 million dollar house is 12,464 square feet and is located on stunning 21 acres in a gated community. The home boasts five bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a media games room, library, infinity pool, tennis court and golf course. It also features a separate pool house and expansive gardens.
Britney appears to have gotten a deal on the property. It was previously listed at a much higher price, but was in foreclosure.
